 Nathan John Feuerstein is an American rapper from the United States. The artist has released two EPs under Capitol CMG, "I'm Free" (2012) and [3as well as a self-titled EP in 2014. Mansion was his first major-label release. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released April 22, 2016, peaked at number 12 in the US Billboard 200. The albums have been awarded numerous awards, including the Gospel Music Association Dove Award in Rap/Hip Hop Album (Therapy Session). Perception, NF's 2017 album, made it to the top spot in the United States, and was certified platinum. The third single, "Let You Go" was a top 12 hit in the United States. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten international hit. His follow-up, The Search (2019) was a commercial smash. Feuerstein said that the rap genre was the only way to escape from life of his early years. He would record music using a karaoke device, recording his raps as well as instrumentals with a single microphone. On November 29 of 2010, Feuerstein independently released his debut studio album Moments under his real name. On August 2, 2011, he released his debut single "Alone". Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt, the song's producer and songwriter, were featured in the track. Xist Music came to Feuerstein’s work in the year the year 2012. The first extended version of his I'm Free was released on May 2 2012 by Feuerstein and production assistance from Profitt. The tracklist included nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP featured an exclusive version with Sean Simmonds of "Alone". Xist teased that NF would be released in the near future, however Feuerstein left the label because of an argument. NF production was postponed. NF included a song called "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams on the compilation album Move Vol 1. The singer released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November in 2013. Profitt also appeared on the song. The track featured vocals from Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
